Coronavirus office protocol

Please be assured that our office is following the developing situation regarding the 2019 novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, and taking the precautions and preventative practices being recommended by the centers for disease control and prevention.

In an attempt to put your mind at ease regarding the virus, we wanted to reiterate to you how our office has always adhered to the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility in our normal practice.  Now, more than ever, we are going above and beyond our regular protocols to ensure every surface touched by each patient is sterilized before being touched by the next one.  Going forward, we will be increasing the cleaning and disinfecting of the high traffic surfaces and areas such as the waiting room and restrooms.  We are committed to your health and safety along with your comfort.  We are wanting to ease your fears, so please feel free to ask any questions.

In addition, our staff is committed to your health and will not be coming to work if we are sick.  If you are not feeling well (specifically with a fever)  please call to reschedule and during this time we will waive the last-minute cancelation fees.

As recommended by the CDC, there are simple everyday preventative actions to help prevent the spread including:

Avoiding close contact with people who are sick

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer than contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.

Let's work together to keep each other safe!
