Our Mission Statement Montgomery Physical Therapy's mission is to provide outpatient physical therapy services to the town of Montgomery and surrounding communities west of Lake Conroe. It's target market is people of all ages who have orthopedic rehabilitation needs and do not want to drive the 30 to 60 minutes that it takes to get to other neighboring outpatient physical therapy facilities.
